  • Sales Trend: See if your sales are going up or down. Are you doing better than last week?
  • Customers & Orders: How many are new customers (Walk-in) vs. regular customers (Repeat) for food and drinks? Which is more popular: Delivery, Dine-in, or Takeaway? How are people paying (Cash, Card, UPI)? This helps you know where to focus.
  • Best Selling Items: See your Top 5 Food and Drink items that sell the most.

How this helps: You quickly know if your business is doing well. You can see what’s popular and make smart, fast decisions.

2. Make Your Menu Work Harder for You (Menu & Product Performance Report)

Your menu is your biggest star. Is it making you the most money it can?

  • Sales & Profit: See Total Sales, Gross Profit Margin % and how many of each item you sold.
  • Food Categories: Which food types sell best? Like Starters, Main Course (North Indian, Chinese), Drinks (Cocktails, Mocktails).
  • Top 10 Food & Drinks (by Sales): Know exactly which dishes bring in the most money.
  • Check Performance: See how much Veg vs.Non Veg and Alcoholic vs Non Alcoholic drinks are sold. Importantly, find out which items are selling very little (Low Performing).

How this helps: You can decide which popular, high-profit dishes to promote. Maybe change or remove items that don’t sell well or don’t make much profit. This directly increases your earnings.

3. Know Your Real Profit (Sales & Profitability Report)

Making sales is good, but making profit is better!

  • Daily Sales & Growth: See your Daily Sales and how many bills (Transactions). Also, see if sales are growing compared to last year. Check your Monthly GST collected.
  • Profit by Food Type: This is very important! See which food types (like Cocktails, Starters, Main Course) give you the highest profit margin %.
  • Top & Bottom 5 Items by Profit: Find out which specific dishes make you the most profit, and which make the least. This is different from just sales!
  • Discounts: See how much Discount you are giving compared to Sales. Are your discounts actually helping, or just reducing your profit?

How this helps: Focus on selling items that give you more profit. Maybe change prices for low-profit items. Use discounts smartly so you don’t lose money.

4. Make Your Restaurant Run Smoothly (Operational Report)

Good operations mean happy customers and less wastage.

  • Daily Numbers: Track Total Food Sales, Drink Sales, Number of Bills, Average Bill Amount, and Total Discounts.
  • Busiest Times: See which days of the week and times of day are busiest for food and drinks.
  • Staff Performance: See which staff members are making the most sales for food and drinks.
  • Order Types: How are Dine-in, Delivery, and Takeaway doing over time?

How this helps: Plan your staff schedule better – more staff for busy times, less for quiet times. This saves money. Reward good staff. See if delivery is growing and if you need to support it more.

5. Know Your Customers Better (Customer Insights Report)

  • Who Are Your Customers?: See if more Men or Women visit, and their Age groups.
  • Customer Habits: How many are Walk-in (new) vs. Repeat (regular) customers for food and drinks?
  • Your Best Customers: Find your Top 15 Customers who spend the most on food and drinks. These are your VIPs!
  • Sales by Gender: Do men or women spend more, or prefer different things?

How this helps: You can do marketing that appeals to your main customers. Give special offers to your best customers to keep them happy. Make everyone feel welcome.
